Okay purchase, slow shipping

I bought a couple of music band shirts. The shirts themselves are pretty decent quality for the price, and the prints look good. My only real gripe was the shipping speed; it took a full 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit slow compared to other online stores I use. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. I would probably order again, but I'd factor in the longer delivery time.

Love my new shirt!

OMG I just received my new gaming t-shirt and it's perfect! The print is super clear and the shirt itself is really soft. I can't wait to wear it to my next game night. This is definitely my new go-to for all my geeky apparel. I'm already planning my next order, probably a few more of those awesome movie posters. Everyone needs to check this place out!

Reliable place for shirts

This isn't my first time ordering from Nerd Kung Fu. I've bought several superhero hoodies and some long sleeve nerd shirts before. Always good quality, and their sizing for the plus size shirts is consistent, which is a big plus. My recent order for a 4XL Nerd Shirt was just as expected. They're reliable, that's why I keep coming back.

Good quality, fast shipping

I got a few of those funny graphic tees for my brother's birthday. They looked pretty good when they arrived, colors were nice. He liked them a lot. Shipping was quick too, took about 4 days to get here. Overall, a good experience.

Got a good deal on a hoodie

I was looking for a new zip-up hoodie and saw they had a sale on some distressed graphic tees, which included a hoodie I liked. Managed to snag it for a decent price. I always try to find the best value. Shipping was fair, and the hoodie itself feels sturdy. It felt worth the purchase, especially with the discount.

Any codes floating around for plus size shirts specifically? Or just general discounts?

L Laura 2 months ago

They often have sales specifically for plus size shirts, especially around holidays. Keep an eye on their homepage or sign up for the newsletter.

R Ryan 2 months ago

I think I saw a 'plus size shirt sale' banner around Father's Day last year. Sometimes they have specific categories on discount, but a general 10-15% off code is more common for everything.

What's the deal with returns? If a shirt doesn't fit, is it a hassle to send back?

D David 2 months ago

Returns were pretty straightforward for me. Just follow their instructions on the website. I think you have like 30 days.

I had to return a hoodie once because I ordered the wrong size. It wasn't too bad, just made sure the tags were still on and everything. They give you a return form and you send it back.

How do these guys compare to Redbubble or TeePublic? Looking for good quality prints that won't fade after a few washes.

D David Reyes 1 month ago

I find Nerd Kung Fu's prints hold up way better than some stuff I've gotten from Redbubble. The quality feels more consistent.

For officially licensed stuff, Nerd Kung Fu is usually my go-to. Redbubble and TeePublic are more for artist designs, which can be cool, but the shirt quality and print durability can be hit or miss there. Nerd Kung Fu uses better base shirts too, I think.

do they do free shipping over a certain amount? trying to hit a threshold if there is one.

J James A. 2 months ago

Yeah, I think it's free shipping if your order is over $50.

Can confirm, I always try to hit the $50 mark for free shipping. Saves a few bucks.

I'm looking at getting a few shirts, but I have a military discount. Can I combine that with a newsletter signup code?

E Elena 2 months ago

Nah, usually you can only use one coupon at a time. It's a bummer, but that's how most online stores are.

J June 2 months ago

I tried combining a sale code with a first-time buyer discount once and it wouldn't let me. You probably have to pick which one gives you the better deal.

Is this store like, real? Never heard of Nerd Kung Fu before, just saw an ad.

T Troy Carter 2 months ago

Yeah, it's totally real. I've ordered from them a bunch of times, never had an issue.

Legit site. I've been getting my geeky shirts from them for years. Good selection, especially for plus sizes.

Are these shirts actually legit licensed stuff? Or is it like, fan art that looks similar?

S Sam Walsh 2 months ago

Totally legit, they only sell officially licensed merchandise. That's one of the main reasons I buy from them.

0

D Dana 2 months ago

They definitely sell official merch. It's usually listed right there in the product description too, so you can check. No fakes here.

Anyone know if Nerd Kung Fu ships fast? I want to get a gift for a friend in New York by next week.

S Shane Nguyen 2 months ago

Depends on the shipping option you pick, but I've gotten stuff to California in about a week with standard shipping. New York might be similar.

5

C Chris A. 2 months ago

I ordered some stuff last month and it took like 5-7 business days to get to me in Texas. So if you order soon you should be good for next week, but maybe choose a faster shipping option just in case.
